Coaching Sessions

Stephanie Gren, MA, LCMHCA (NC License #A000000), provides coaching and educational workshops through Core Matters Creative Center. These services are not psychotherapy and do not establish a therapeutic relationship. Counseling services are offered separately through Core Matters Counseling, PLLC.

Support Groups

Group Support Sessions - online only

60 minute sessions
assistance & support with rotating themes throughout the year
10-12 attendees total
weekly sessions for 3 month commitment
access to private community support group

Our support groups are an alternative resource at an affordable rate at only $30/wk. These groups meet weekly for 10 weeks, and will have access to a private community online group for added support throughout the weeks. Led by Stephanie Gren & Elle Arters.
